Hello! I’m a Formula 1 presenter, author and host of two F1 podcasts.

Alongside Greg James and Betty Glover I’m the resident F1 geek on the award winning The Fast And The Curious. I also present and produce F1 Explains, an F1 official podcast and in 2026 my first book is released across the world, F1 101.

I've also worked on Formula 1 for F1TV, BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat, where I was a presenter and reporter for five years working across news and sport,

With nearly 15 years of broadcasting experience, I’ve been seen and heard on BBC Breakfast, BBC News, BBC Sport, LBC, talkSPORT, Virgin Radio, Capital and plenty more.
