Hello! I’m a Formula 1 presenter and host of two F1 podcasts.

Alongside Greg James and Betty Glover I’m the resident F1 geek on the award winning The Fast And The Curious. I also present and produce F1 Explains, an F1 official podcast heard in more than 120 countries. I write a column for the Official F1 Race Programme, and have spent more than a decade working as a journalist and presenter on television, radio and social.

I’m a regular contributor to BBC Radio 5 Live’s Formula 1 coverage as a pit-lane reporter and guest. I’ve featured on F1 TV and have also covered F1 for BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat, where I was a presenter and reporter for five years .

I was seen and heard on Radio 1’s Newsbeat, BBC News, BBC Sport, LBC, talkSPORT, Virgin Radio, Capital and more. I now work solely in Formula 1
